Moo-vin' on up: Gateway ditches cow motif In an attempt to have a more modern image, Gateway is updating their "cow" branding for something a bit more sophisticated. Gone are the cow patched boxes. They are going to be replaced with a subtile black spot to retain the essence of the cow but to modernize their look. The new logo shows the Gateway "G" designed to look like a computer "on" button turned on its side and fixed atop a symmetrical spot. It is meant to convey high-tech competence.
