+ Taco Fu for Taco Bell was put together by Blockdot. It's an arcade-style game where players become experts in the art of "Taco Fu" as they defend their honor -- and their Taco Bell food -- against a hungry horde.
UPDATE 10.17.07: The folks at Blockdot have informed me that the game has had nearly 1 million plays over the past week.
