A Gap in GAP's new logo
+ Why GAP? Why? Your old logo scaled well. Your old logo was simple and clean. Your old logo was almost iconic.
So now you've changed the font, made the box smaller and moved it to the top left. Oh, and added a gradient. Huh? Talk about taking baby steps. If you're going to change the logo, just change it.
This new logo (which I've noticed has not been put in all places on the web...their FB page still sports the big ol' square) is like a half-assed redesign. When it's small the blue box looks like a blob on the brand name. How is that good design?
