December...already?
I cannot believe it's December already. This month is going to fly by I think. Ack. I ended up not making any of those delish sounding items the other day. Instead I made stuffed mushrooms, which seemed to go over well. They needed to be warmed but got eaten up before they could even make it to a place to get heated. I guess that's a good thing. I think they came out pretty good although I have a feeling they would have been even better had they been warm. At some point I might put that recipe up. It's from the Gilroy Garlic Festival a few years back. Lots of good garlicy recipes in that.
