SuperBowl mania
If you want to view the ads, check out they have ads from this years as well as previous years. Tres cool.
Nestscape has a poll of what your favorite Super Bowl ad was...topping the list is Budweiser's Zebra Ref, followed by Terry Tate Office Linebacker by Reebok and Bud Lite Upside Down Clown.
Advertisers stick with humor- " This year's 30-second slots sold for between $2.1 million and $2.2 million, about 10 percent more than last year. For the second consecutive year, Anheuser-Busch was the game's largest advertiser, with 11 spots." Read more articles here, here, here, here, here (includes which quarters ads aired), here, here, here.

Other ad news
This headline made me laugh "Schwarzenegger's Hummer Helps GM" Hehehe...I'm so immature!

Because of the value placed on plastic grocery bags by consumers, large-scale gifts of plastic bags are a successful part of the U.S. Meat Export Federation's ongoing strategy to increase the use of U.S. pork by Russian processors and retailers and to support their loyalty to U.S. pork. Plastic bags in U.S. grocery stores are given away free to people buying groceries; not so in Russia. Russian consumers, like many Europeans, are charged for each bag. Because of this, the plastic shopping bag is recycled in the most obvious way: it's reused to carry lunches, books, papers, office supplies and school notebooks and rarely trashed until it is full of holes or in shreds. The Russian use and reuse of plastic bags make them a very potent form of advertising since the recipients of plastic bags bearing the U.S. pork logo carry them to every conceivable place consumers venture or congregate, according to USMEF. This would be reason enough for the federation to provide supermarkets with plastic bags, but there is another."
